On Monday, June 4th, 2018, the Brooke County Grand Jury Indicted the following:
James Acconcia, Jr., 52, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on two counts of Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver;
James Acconcia, III, 21, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Entry of a Building Other Than a Dwelling with the Intent to Commit a Larceny Therein and one count of Shoplifting, Third;
Trevor Albert, 20, of Colliers, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Child Abuse Resulting in Injury, one count of Malicious Assault of a Child Near a School, and one count of Malicious Assault;
Ralph Vincent Alviz, 25, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Strangulation and one count of Malicious Assault;
Stormy Ayers-Courtright, 22, of Follansbee, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Escape;
Tara Boidock, 38, of Houston, Pennsylvania, was indicted on one count of Grand Larceny;
Foster Burns, 16, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Sexual Assault in the First Degree, one count of Sexual Assault in the Second Degree, two counts of Sexual Abuse by a Custodian, and two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree;
Kristian Michael Carter, 35, of Wheeling, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Obtaining Money by False Pretenses;
Deanna Godwin, 39, of Follansbee, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver and one count of Conspiracy;
Aaron D. Grooms, 32 of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and two counts of Conspiracy;
Wayne Harda, 34, of Colliers, West Virginia, was indicted on two counts of Delivery and two counts of Conspiracy;
Lloyd Maurice Hayes, 30, of Follansbee, West Virginia, was indicted on two counts of Delivery, one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver; two counts of Conspiracy, and one count of Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm;
Jesse James Hubbard, 48, of Steubenville, Ohio, was indicted on seven counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree and seven counts of Sexual Abuse by a Custodian;
Leslie Jones, 41, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Shoplifting, Third Offense, and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance;
Tamara Jones, 40, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Entry of a Building other than a Dwelling with the Intent to Commit a Larceny Therein and one count of Shoplifting, Third Offense;
Alexis D. Majoris, 31, of Colliers, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Aiding and Abetting Delivery of a Schedule I Controlled Substance and two counts of Conspiracy;
Charles McAfee, 41, of Georgetown, Pennsylvania, was indicted on two counts of Fleeing in a Vehicle, one count of Assault During Commission of a Felony, three counts of Attempted Malicious Assault, and three counts of Destruction of Property;
Brandon McLaughlin, 37, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Entry of a Building Other Than a Dwelling with the Intent to Commit a Larceny Therein and one count of Shoplifting, Third Offense;
Elmer Mollohan, 35, of Colliers, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Driving Under the Influence Causing Death and one count of Negligent Homicide;
Harley Morris, II, 35, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on two counts of Possession of Materials Visually Portraying a Minor Engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct;
Drew Purks, 28, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Possession With Intent to Deliver and one count of Conspiracy;
Heather Shields, 26, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Entry of a Dwelling House Without Breaking;
Lawrence Smith, 45, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver and two counts of Conspiracy;
Kevin Donald Truax, 42, of New Cumberland, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Fleeing in a Vehicle from a Law Enforcement Office With Reckless Disregard to the Safety of Others;
Rebecca Wolfe, 29, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance within 1000 feet of a school and one count of Transporting a Controlled Substance into State with the Intent to Deliver.
