On Monday, March 5th, 2018, the Brooke County Grand Jury Indicted the following:

William L. Adams, 58, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on four counts of Malicious Assault;

Gregory Barnhart, 53 of Canton, Ohio, was indicted on Accessory Before the Fact Breaking and Entering and Conspiracy;

Jeffrey Barnhart, 55, of Canton, Ohio, was indicted on Accessory Before the Fact Breaking and Entering and Conspiracy;

Seth Michael Beshires, 19, of Colliers, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Sexual Assault in the Third Degree;

Lawrence Carsey,  56, of Steubenville, Ohio, was indicted on Delivery of Schedule I Controlled Substance and Transporting a Controlled Substance into the State;

Benjamin John Clifton, 20, of Follansbee, West Virginia, was indicted on two counts of Sexual Assault in the First Degree;

Shawna Marie Davis, 18, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on Shoplifting, Third Offense;

Shawn Fletcher, 34, of Langeloth, Pennsylvania, was indicted on Daytime Burglary, Petit Larceny, Conspiracy, and misdemeanor Destruction of Property;

Mark Alen Galiano, 43, of Colliers, West Virginia, was indicted on Strangulation;

Chad Galloway, 34, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on Breaking and Entering, two counts of Grand Larceny, Transferring Stolen Property, and three counts of Conspiracy;

Ronald Grimm, II, 25, of Jewett, Ohio, was indicted on Possession with Intent to Deliver and Conspiracy;

Jason Johnston, 36, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on five counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree and five counts of Sexual Abuse by a Parent;

Patricia Lancaster, 63, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on Presenting False Claims under Medical Program of the Department of Health and Human Resources;

Courtney McGowan, 24, of Follansbee, West Virginia, was indicted on Child Neglect Creating Risk or Death or Injury;

Morgan Nash, 36, of Wintersville, Ohio, was indicted on Shoplifting, Third Offense;

Sean Rujak,  33, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on Delivery of a Schedule I Controlled Substance and Transporting a Controlled Substance into the State;

James Starr, 56, of Follansbee, West Virginia, was indicted on two counts of Burglary;

Shannon Stewart, 46, of Follansbee, West Virginia, was indicted on two counts of Delivering a Schedule II Controlled Substance and one count of Conspiracy;

Stephen Stock, 46, of Steubenville, Ohio, was indicted on Breaking and Entering, Destruction of Property, Grand Larceny, and Conspiracy;

Lorrie Tustin, 53, of Follansbee, West Virginia, was indicted on Driving Under the Influence, Third Offense, and the misdemeanor of Battery on an EMT;

Ryan Vega, 24, of Langeloth, Pennsylvania, was indicted on Burglary, Petit Larceny, Conspiracy, and the misdemeanor offense of Destruction of Property;

Joshua Webster, 34, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on Breaking and Entering, two counts of Grand Larceny,  Transferring Stolen Property, and three counts of Conspiracy;

Vicki Westlake,  32, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on Shoplifting, Third Offense;

Jennifer Williams, 45, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on Arson, First Degree;

Keith Allen Wood, 65, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on two counts of Sexual Assault in the First Degree and two counts of Sexual Abuse by a Custodian;

Richard Woods, 34, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on Shoplifting, Third Offense.
