William Cipriani

William Cipriani-  Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

William Cipriani began in the general practice of law in May, 1983, with emphasis in civil and criminal litigation, real estate and representing various business entities.  Bill entered private practice in Brooke County in 1985, co-founding the firm of Cipriani & Paull, now known as Cipriani Law Offices, L.C.

In August, 2010 Bill began as an assistant prosecuting attorney for the Brooke County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Currently he prosecutes misdemeanor cases in the Brooke County Magistrate Court, as well as various felony cases.  In addition, Bill represents the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources in child abuse and neglect proceedings.

Bill received a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, May 18, 1980 and Doctor of Jurisprudence, May 15,1983, from West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV.
