On Monday, June 3rd, 2019, the Brooke County Grand Jury Indicted the following:

Nicolas Abbett, 20, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and one count of Conspiracy;

Herbert Anderson, 25, of Beech Bottom, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Gross Neglect Creating a Substantial Risk of Death or Serious Bodily Injury, one count of Child Abuse Resulting in Injury, and one count of Child Neglect Resulting in Injury;

Trichelle Barish, 31, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Malicious Assault;

Devin Brandon, 22, of Steubenville, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and one count of Delivery of an Imitation Controlled Substance;

Michael Coen, 27, of Dayton, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Driving Under the Influence, Third Offense;

Sha-Qun Ajun Fordham, 24, of Steubenville, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and one count of Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance within 1000 Feet of a School;

Anthony Michael Hartley, 19, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on five counts of Wanton Endangerment;

Zachary Skylar Hurst, 25, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on three counts of Wanton Endangerment;

Kristy Jo Jones, 41, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Driving a Vehicle in this State while in an Impaired State and Such Impaired State Proximately Causing the Death of Any Person, one count of Negligent Homicide, and one count of Driving a Vehicle in this State while in an Impaired State and Such Impaired State Proximately Causing a Bodily Injury to Another Person;

Shawn Liggett, 42, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Failure to Provide Notice of Registration Changes, Second Offense;

Maeci Madison, 23, of Brilliant, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Gross Neglect Creating a Substantial Risk of Death or Serious Bodily Injury and one count of Domestic Battery;

Larry Gene Maynard, 45, of Follansbee, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Domestic Battery, Third Offense and one count of Domestic Assault, Third Offense;

Jennifer Miller, 32, of Colliers, West Virginia, was indicted on three counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance, one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Non-Narcotic Controlled Substance, and one count of Conspiracy;

Louis Brenton Mayo, 50, of Follansbee, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Attempted Murder and three counts of Malicious Assault;

Louis P. Mayo, 75, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Aiding and Abetting Attempted Murder and one count of Malicious Assault;

Daniel Wayne Millhouse, 45, of West Liberty, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Obtaining Money under False Pretenses and one count of Fraudulent Schemes;

Joshua Allen Mills, 30, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Failure to Appear;

John Murray, 38, of Wintersville, Ohio, was indicted on two counts of Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and one count of Malicious Assault;

Lawrence Reagan, 34, of Colliers, West Virginia, was indicted on three counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance, one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Non-Narcotic, and one count of Conspiracy;

Sunshine Shaffer, 42, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Embezzlement and one count of Grand Larceny;

Courtney Stevens, 28, of Beech Bottom, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Gross Neglect Creating a Substantial Risk of Death or Serious Bodily Injury and one count of Child Abuse Resulting in Injury;

Christian Noel Tredway, 34, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Grand Larceny and one count of Fraud in Connection with an Access Device;

James Edward Wilkerson, 36, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Battery;
