Stormy Ayers-Courtright, 22, of Follansbee, WV, was indicted on one count of Grand Larceny;

Keith Richard Bartlett, Sr., 51, of Wellsburg, WV, was indicted on two counts of Obtaining Money by False Pretenses and one count of Fraudulent Scheme;

Ashlei Beaird, 28, of Weirton, WV, was indicted on one count of Breaking and Entering;

Jonathan Beall, 41, of Wellsburg, WV, was indicted on one count of Embezzlement and one counts of Falsifying Accounts;

Joseph Anthony Cassella, 26, of Toronto, OH, was indicted on Burlgary, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, and Bringing into this State Property Stolen in Another State;

Ricky Dickson, 25, of Follansbee, WV, was indicted on Shoplifting Third;

Ronald Emery of Weirton, WV, was indicted on four counts of Delivery of a Schedule II;

Terry Michael Hall, 44, of Wellsburg, WV, was indicted on Delivery of a Schedule I within 1,000 feet of a school;

Tommy Harter, 22, of Follansbee, WV, was indicted on Possession With Intent to Deliver a Schedule II;

Patricia Hawthorne, 34, of Rayland, OH, was indicted on Child Neglect Creating Risk of Death or Serious Bodily Injury;

Joseph Anthony Henderson, 38, of Follansbee, WV, was indicted on Entry of a Building other than a Dwelling with the Intent to Commit a Larceny Therein, and Petit Larceny;

Michael Marino, 53, of Wheeling, WV, was indicted on Attempted Malicious Wounding, Resisting Arrest, Possession, Brandishing, and Domestic Assault;

Joshua Paul McClain, 27, of Wellsburg, WV, was indicted on two counts of Sexual Abuse by a Custodian and two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree;

Michael McCloud, 42, of Wellsburg, WV, was indicted on six counts of Incest, one count of Sexual Assault in the Third Degree, and one count of Sexual Abuse by a Custodian;

Donald E. Mount, 25, of Wellsburg, WV, was indicted on two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree and two counts of Sexual Abuse by a Custodian;

Christian Parr, 33, of Colliers, WV, was indicted on Aiding and Abetting Attempted Murder and Malicious Assault;

Gary Roseberry, Jr., 33, of Weirton, WV was indicted on Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance;

Andre Sims, 21, of Weirton, WV, was indicted on Daytime Entering Without Breaking and Unlawful Assault;

Matthew Smiley, 28, of Burgettstown, PA, was indicted on Fleeing in a Vehicle with Reckless Disregard for the Safety of Others;

Daniel Michael Spear, 25, of Wellsburg, WV, was indicted on two counts of Sexual Assault in the Second Degree;

Dustin Sperringer, 27, of Wellsburg, WV, was indicted on Attempted Murder and Aiding and Abetting  Malicious Assault;

Matthew Michael Stevens, 28, of Follansbee, WV, was indicted on Malicious Assault;

Michael Garfield Stevens, III, 22, of Wellsburg, WV, was indicted on two counts of Possession of Material Depicting a Minor Engaging in Sexually Explicit Conduct and two counts of Use of a Minor in Filming Sexually Explicit Conduct;

Lucy Thompson, 30, of Weirton, WV, was indicted on Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Child Neglect Creating Substantial Risk of Injury;

Derek Wallace, 21, of Colliers, WV, was indicted on Robbery in the First Degree, Conspiracy, and Assault During Commission of a Felony;

Roman Wild, 22, of Follansbee, WV, was indicted on Robbery in the First Degree and Conspiracy;

Christopher Winters, 33, of Weirton, WV, was indicted on two counts of Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses and one count of Fraudulent Schemes.
