Assistant Prosecutor John Kyle advises that on the 30th day of May, 2019, a jury trial was held in the Magistrate Court of Brooke County, West Virginia. In the case of State of West Virginia v. Rhonda Summers, 18-M05M-1083, the Defendant Rhonda Summers, was convicted of the misdemeanor offense of “Child Neglect Creating Risk of Injury”. Rhonda Summers will be sentenced on June 18th, 2019.
