David F. Cross- Assistant Brooke County Prosecuting Attorney

David F. Cross has served Brooke County as an attorney for 24 years, as well as serving as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Hancock County, Ohio County.  David has been Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Brooke County since 1995.

David is a graduate of Brooke High School and continued his education at West Virginia University graduating with a Political Science and Psychology degree in 1987.  He continued his graduate school education at Capitol University graduating in 1990 with a Juris Doctor.

David was born and raised in Wellsburg, West Virginia and now reside in Wheeling, WV with my wife, Cheryl, whom I married in 1988 and his four daughters.
