On Monday, March 4th, 2019, the Brooke County Grand Jury Indicted the following:

Dale Alexander, 21, of Steubenville, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Robbery in the First Degree;

Herbert Anderson, 25, of Beech Bottom, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Gross Neglect Creating Risk of Injury and one count of Child Abuse Resulting in Injury;

Carlous Angelo, 55, of Colliers, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Grand Larceny and one count of Daytime Entering Without Breaking a Dwelling House;

Jalin Brandon Edward Beads, 25, of Steubenville, Ohio, was indicted on two counts of Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and one count of Transporting a Controlled Substance;

Walter Bremer, 48, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on three counts of Malicious Assault;

Charles Carr, 56, of Follansbee, West Virginia, was indicted on three counts of Distribution to a Minor of Obscene Matter, eighty-one counts of Attempting to Solicit a Minor Via Computer, and one count of Soliciting a Minor and Traveling to Engage the Minor in Prohibited Sexual Activity;

Larry Ellison, 37, of Follansbee, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Wanton Endangerment involving a Firearm, one count of Gross Neglect Creating a Risk of Death or Serious Bodily Injury, and one count of misdemeanor Domestic Assault;

Damian Michael, 25, of Follansbee, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Robbery in the First Degree;

Jim Mitchell, 54, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on one count of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree and one count of Sexual Abuse by a Custodian;

Robert Alan Moore, 42, Homeless, was indicted on two counts of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender;

Bradley Patchin, 29, of Weirton, West Virginia, was indicted on two counts of Domestic Battery, two counts of Domestic Assault, two counts of Strangulation, one count of False Swearing, and one count of Unlawful Restraint;

Kari Vigoliotti, 34, of Slovan, Pennsylvania, was indicted on one count of Entry of a Building Other Than a Dwelling with the Intent to Commit a Larceny Therein, and one count of Shoplifting, Third or Subsequent Offense;

Kevin Walnoha, II, 24, of Wellsburg, West Virginia, was indicted on two counts of Burglary, one count of misdemeanor Fleeing from an Officer, and two counts of Petit Larceny;
