Assistant Prosecutor John Kyle advises Kelly Painter plead guilty to “Possession” and “Shoplifting, 2nd”.  Ms. Painter was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 60 days probation. Ms. Painter is to self report to the Northern Regional Jail on July 18th, 2016, to begin serving her sentence.
